An attorney in the Hudson Valley for over 30 years, Vincent is regarded as one of the preeminent real estate and landlord-tenant attorneys in the area. Vincent received his undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure’s University in 1982 and his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School in 1985. He promptly returned to his hometown of Poughkeepsie, NY to begin his legal career. In his 30 years of legal service to the Hudson Valley, Vincent has cultivated long-term professional relationships with many of his clients, representing individual clients charged with basic traffic violations all the way up to entire business entities consisting of Housing Authorities, Cooperative Associations and municipalities. Vincent also serves an administrative law judge for Section 8 hearings.

Sean is a graduate of Old Dominion University and the University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams School of Law. While in Virginia, he represented criminal defendants at both the state and federal level in matters ranging from trespassing to armed robbery. Sean was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2016 while working for Legal Services of the Hudson Valley. There he represented tenants in all manners of landlord-tenant issues. He has extensive experience in summary proceedings and issues involving subsidized housing. Since joining The Law Office of Vincent J. Catalano in 2019, he has expanded his practice to include Real Estate, Building Code, Corporate and Commercial Contract matters.

Jessica was born and raised in Dutchess County. She is a graduate of Marist College where she earned a degree in Criminal Justice and was a member of the Alpha Phi Sigma Honor Society After graduation Jessica went on to obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Marist’s renown program. Jessica specializes in landlord-tenant and other civil matters. Her positive and ambitious personality will make all steps in the process run smoothly.
