An attorney in the Hudson Valley for over 30 years, Vincent is regarded as one of the preeminent real estate and landlord-tenant attorneys in the area. Vincent received his undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure’s University in 1982 and his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School in 1985. He promptly returned to his hometown of Poughkeepsie, NY to begin his legal career. In his 30 years of legal service to the Hudson Valley, Vincent has cultivated long-term professional relationships with many of his clients, representing individual clients charged with basic traffic violations all the way up to entire business entities consisting of Housing Authorities, Cooperative Associations and municipalities. Vincent also serves an administrative law judge for Section 8 hearings.
Sean O’Fallon, Esq.

Sean is a graduate of Old Dominion University and the University of Richmond’s, T.C. Williams School of Law. While in Virginia, he represented criminal defendants at both the state and federal level in matters ranging from trespassing to armed robbery. Sean was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2016 while working for Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, where he represented tenants, in all manners of landlord-tenant issues, at the trial and appellate levels, as well as in administrative hearings to preserve subsidized housing. In 2019, Sean joined Vincent J. Catalano, Esq., where he has expanded his practice to include representation in all manners of litigation and administrative proceedings, including disputes over real property ownership interests and easements, commercial contracts and leasing, building codes, fair housing and discrimination complaints, and for-hire transportation, as well as real estate and asset transactions, and estate planning. In 2022, Sean and Vincent formed Catalano & O’Fallon, LLP, one of the most prodigious firms in the Hudson Valley for real property and landlord-tenant matters, with 50 years of combined experience. Sean’s experience has made him intimately familiar with the various forms, and intricacies, of subsidized and tax-credit housing as well as various other non-profit issues.

Joshua is a lifelong Hudson Valley resident. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Marist College and his Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law, Joshua was admitted to the NYS bar in 2010. Throughout his career, Joshua has represented clients in real estate, criminal, DWI, administrative and traffic matters. A landlord himself, Joshua’s current practice focuses on landlord-tenant representation.
