Vincent J. Catalano, Esq.

An attorney in the Hudson Valley for over 30 years, Vincent is regarded as one of the preeminent real estate and landlord-tenant attorneys in the area. Vincent received his undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure’s University in 1982 and his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School in 1985. He promptly returned to his hometown of Poughkeepsie, NY to begin his legal career. In his 30 years of legal service to the Hudson Valley, Vincent has cultivated long-term professional relationships with many of his clients, representing individual clients charged with basic traffic violations all the way up to entire business entities consisting of Housing Authorities, Cooperative Associations and municipalities. Vincent also serves an administrative law judge for Section 8 hearings.

Sean O’Fallon, Esq.

Sean is a graduate of Old Dominion University and the University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams School of Law. While in Virginia, he represented criminal defendants at both the state and federal level in matters ranging from trespassing to armed robbery. Sean was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2016 while working for Legal Services of the Hudson Valley. There he represented tenants in all manners of landlord-tenant issues. He has extensive experience in summary proceedings and issues involving subsidized housing. Since joining The Law Office of Vincent J. Catalano in 2019, he has expanded his practice to include Real Estate, Building Code, Corporate and Commercial Contract matters.

Jessica Jaycox

Jessica is a graduate of Marist College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and was a member of the Alpha Phi Sigma Honor Society. After graduation Jessica went on and obtained her Paralegal Certificate from Marist’s renowned program. Jessica specializes in landlord-tenant and other civil matters. Her positive and ambitious personality will make all steps in the process run smoothly

Kirsten is a native of the Hudson Valley, having graduated from SUNY New Paltz and earning her master’s degree from CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She has worked in the legal profession for over 4 years and specializes in landlord-tenant proceedings, real estate transactions and civil/municipal matters.

Erika Panzarino

Erika is a graduate of Adelphi University and the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. Her legal education included victim advocacy with the Pace Women’s Justice Center and a summer clerkship in Westchester Surrogates Court. In the office her work includes estate planning and probate proceedings. She is passionate about supporting families in their time of grief, and about the many benefits of comprehensive estate planning. Erika is a candidate for admission with the New York State Bar.

Mia is a graduate of Monmouth University where she earned a degree in Political Science with a concentration in Legal Studies and a minor in Sociology. After graduation, Mia went on to obtain her master’s degree in public Affairs and Administration from Metropolitan College of New York. Mia specializes in landlord-tenant and other civil matters. Her bright and determined personality will make all steps in the process efficient.

Joshua Mitzman, Esq

Joshua is a lifelong Hudson Valley resident.  After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Marist College and his Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law, Joshua was admitted to the NYS bar in 2010.  Throughout his career, Joshua has represented clients in real estate, criminal, DWI, administrative and traffic matters.  A landlord himself, Joshua’s current practice focuses on landlord-tenant representation.

Jennifer is the Real Estate legal assistant for Catalano & O’Fallon.  Before coming here to work with Catalano & O’Fallon, Jennifer was a property manager with an extensive portfolio of properties she managed for a local developer.  Jennifer handles all Real Estate transactions from preparing contracts to the closing table.
